Refund terms (eligibility, window, amount and effect on the licence) are still being decided by the owner and will be published here and on the purchase page before payments open.

When a refund is confirmed, the EA licence for that order ends.

Private classes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for private classes are given with the proposed time and fee, before you confirm.
